CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation Policy:
In the event that an already confirmed reservation is canceled, you should have in mind the following:
When a reservation that has been partially or entirely paid off, you shall e-mail us the cancellation at sales@visit-cyclades.com
Please note that your cancellation will be valid only if you receive our confirmation within the next 24 hours.
For cancellations made at least 45 days prior to the onset of the trip or the arrival, no cancellation fees apply, save for a 10% fee for file expenses and administrative costs. Clients will be reimbursed depending on the way they made their payments.
For cancellations done less than 45 days and up to 15 days prior to the arrival, 50% cancellation fees will apply.
For cancellations made less 15 days prior to the arrival, 100% cancellation fees will apply.
If a person who is canceling has requested to share a room at any hotel or other accommodation provided during the tour with another person who has not canceled, and has therefore caused the price of the tour for that other person to increase to the “Single Room” rate, the person who is canceling shall pay the increased cost of the other person’s single accommodation, unless the other person agrees otherwise.
SCOOTER BOOKING: A limited number of larger displacement scooters will be available on a first come, first served basis for people riding two up. Such couples would deduct 350 Euro for the passenger not requiring a scooter, and pay a 350 Euro supplement for the larger displacement.
